Organic wild Ceylon ginger, ground fennel seed and Yacon root powder
Gingerbread Protein Mugcake
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp NAHS NutriHemp Protein Powder
1/2 tsp GingaMax
1 tbsp natural sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp chia seeds
82ml water / milk
1 tsp nut butter + water to thin
Mix nut butter w water & microwave to thin (if needed). Mix all ingredients (except nut butter) in a mug. Let sit for 3-5 mins (for chia seeds to congeal). Microwave for 90 seconds. Dollop nut butter on top of cake!
