Order Help


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt/order number/Invoice.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Item with obvious signs of use

* Packaging, Seal, label, Damaged protective cover, missing capsules, items, or weight difference that has been found or damaged or opened.

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts or manuals for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns approved after the policy period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

Damages and Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to North American Herb and Spice within 48 hours of delivery. NAHS will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Photos must be provided for review of any damaged items.


On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it. Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: North American Herb and Spice- 13900 W Polo Trail Drive, Lake Forest IL 60045

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Clearance  items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance-marked items cannot be refunded and are a final sale

Third-Party purchases 

North American Herb and Spice is not held responsible for any items purchased by a third-party vendor. Any requests for refund/ exchanges must be given to the original seller for resolution.

Subscription orders

Subscriptions will automatically renew based on your chosen delivery schedule. Changes/ cancellations to orders can be made no more than 48 hours before the scheduled renewal time. No changes can be made after the grace period has ended.
