INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp coconut milk from can
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 C Coconut flour
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together eggs, honey, coconut oil, coconut milk, salt & vanilla. Sift together your dry ingredients, then combining them with the wet ingredients. Mix well, divide batter into 6 muffin tins. Bake 14-16 min.
