1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 cup sparkling water
1/2 a banana
1 cup of frozen berries
Frozen mango chunks
1 tbsp of flaxseed meal
Handful of baby spinach

Combine orange juice & sparkling water with banana, frozen berries (Kate used raspberries, blueberries, cherries) and frozen mango chunks into your blender. Add flaxseed meal, baby spinach and Purely-C. Blend until smooth and sip with a smile!
