Coconut Cream Parfait
INGREDIENTS ⬇️
1 can coconut milk (the thick creamy part)
4 tbsp amaretto extract
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp Purely-C
1/2 cup fresh/frozen berries
More berries for topping
Oatmeal for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Beat the coconut cream with maple syrup and amaretto extract on a medium high speed for 5 minutes. Mix in the Purely-C and blended berries. Scoop into cups, top with oatmeal and berries.
