    Coconut Cream Parfait

    1 can coconut milk (the thick creamy part)⁣  ⁣
    4 tbsp amaretto extract ⁣⁣
    2 tbsp pure maple syrup⁣⁣
    1/2 tsp Purely-C⁣⁣
    1/2 cup fresh/frozen berries⁣  ⁣
    More berries for topping⁣⁣
    Oatmeal for topping⁣⁣

    DIRECTIONS: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
    Beat the coconut cream with maple syrup and amaretto extract on a medium high speed for 5 minutes. Mix in the Purely-C and blended berries. Scoop into cups, top with oatmeal and berries.⁣⁣
