Returns & Exchanges Policy

At North American Herb & Spice, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of your original purchase date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in its original condition and packaging
  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or invoice

Opened Product Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless there is a verified product issue, such as damage or defect not caused by customer handling.

Refused Packages & Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that plans can change. However:

  • Packages refused upon delivery or returned due to a change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Returns received after 30 days, if approved, may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee

If you’re unsure about a product, we encourage you to contact us before returning it — we’re happy to help.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This includes items that are:

  • Used or showing signs of use
  • Missing or damaged labels, seals, packaging, or protective coverings
  • Returned incomplete (e.g., missing capsules, inserts, or manuals)
  • Not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error
  • Received more than 30 days after delivery (only if the return is approved)

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos to help confirm the issue. Once verified, we’ll provide either a replacement or a credit.

Product Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, please do not open it, as this may void your ability to exchange.

Contact us right away and we’ll arrange to send the correct item.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll send you an email notification
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Please allow up to 10 business days total for full processing depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your product through a third-party store or retailer, please contact them directly for return, refund, or exchange options. We are only able to process returns for products purchased directly from North American Herb & Spice.

International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or shipping issues after the product has left our facility

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the delivery schedule you selected at checkout.

  • To make changes or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment
  • We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered processing
