2/3 cups of rolled oats
2/3 cups of almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp of Oregano Honey
1 tbsp of raw cacao or cocoa powder
Add all ingredients to microwave-safe bowl, stir and heat all ingredients together in micro until cooked for about 3 minutes on medium-to-high heat. Remove, stir and serve.
1/2 tbs coconut oil
Combine all base ingredients in a food processor. When blended thoroughly, press base into a 9×9 lined baking dish. On low heat, combine caramel ingredients until a smooth consistency forms. Pour over base layer and freeze for 30 minutes. Heat up chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, then pour over caramel layer. Freeze for another 30 minutes then slice! Store in the fridge or freezer.

Cut the puff pastry into equal squares. Prick with a fork. Spread the goat cheese on each layer. Drizzle with Oregano Honey. Top with figs and blueberries. Bake at 390F for 30 mins. Drizzle with more honey and add fresh thyme leaves.
