    Chopped Tomato, Onion, and Cucumber Salad with Pomegranate (PomaMax) Dressing, 2 whole medium organic cucumbers, 4 whole medium to large organic tomatoes, 2 medium red onions, wild oregano from either wild bunches or use OregaMax capsules, sea salt to taste,

    For dressing: 4 T. High quality uncolored balsamic vinegar (Seggiano is ideal), 1 T. PomaMax pomegranate syrup, 4 T. extra virgin olive oil or Pumpkinol Dice all vegetables and toss with crushed fresh or dried wild oregano. Mix dressing and pour as desired.
