OregaWild

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs of fresh Salmon
– 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
– 2 tablespoons of Canadian Wild Prairie Honey
– 1 tablespoon of OregaWild
– 2 pinches of Salt
– 1 pinch of Pepper
– 1 lemon

Instructions:
Marinade the salmon with three tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of Canadian Wild Prairie Honey, OregaWild, two pinches of salt, a pinch of pepper, and squeeze about half a lemon over it. Let it sit anywhere from an hour to overnight!

Cooking:
Place the salmon on a piece of parchment paper set on a rimmed baking sheet. Top the salmon with a few pieces of lemon if you’d like.

Bake the salmon at 325 F for about 15-20 minutes. The fish is done when it flakes easily, but still has a gloss or shine.

Serve with a side of organic steamed asparagus and happy eating!

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ to 2 quarts of pure water
– whole medium-sized butternut squash (or other yellow squash), peeled
– 4 vegetarian bouillon cubes
– 2 tablespoons of OregaWild
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 medium or large onion, chopped
– 2 T. Pumpkinol
– 1 handful of green Austrian pumpkin seeds as a garnish

Instructions:

In a medium-sized pan add water, squash, spices, bouillon cubes, and onion; bring to a boil, reducing heat, and cook until onions are soft. Add cooked mixture to a blender; plus, pine nuts and Pumpkinol; blend until smooth and creamy. Serve hot, drizzled with extra Pumpkinol and Austrian pumpkin seeds as a garnish. This is a secret recipe, which is extremely delicious and nutritious: enjoy.

16 ounces of organic sour cream⁣⁣
1 tablespoon of OregaWILD⁣⁣
Chopped onions, chives, red pepper and parsley (recommended) ⁣⁣

DIRECTIONS:
Chop onions, chives, red pepper and parsley. Mix all together in a large bowl. Serve chilled with side of chips, pita bread or more veggies.⁣⁣

4 fresh organic tomatoes (peeled) or 1 can of tomatoes
½ TSP garlic⁣
½ TSP basil⁣
2T Extra virgin olive oil ⁣
10 drops of Oreganol P73⁣
1T OregaWild⁣

DIRECTIONS:
Dice and pure organic tomatoes. Pour prepared tomatoes into a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until blended. Chill for 30 minutes and serve. Top with basil if you’re feeling adventurous!⁣

2 lbs ground beef⁣
1/2 cup almond flour⁣
2 eggs⁣
2 TBSP OregaWild ⁣
Pinch black pepper⁣
32 ounces marinara sauce⁣
Basil, for garnish⁣

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, eggs and seasoning. Mixture should be somewhat moist. If it’s too wet, feel free to add more almond flour one tablespoon at a time. Form meatballs using hands or ice cream scoop. Add meatballs to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping once. Transfer meatballs (discard excess fat in pan) to a casserole dish. Top meatballs with marinara sauce. Bake 35-40 minutes. Marinara sauce will be very bubbly.⁣
