Raw Neroli orange blossom honey
1 cup of uncooked rice
3 cups of almond milk
4 tbsp of orange blossom honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Sliced almond for garnish
2 tbsp of sugar
Wash the white rice until is clear, add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cook for 10 minutes or until water disappears. In the meantime, heat up 3 cups of almond milk and 3 dry rose petals, add in 2 tbsp of sugar and followed by 4 tbsp of raw orange blossom honey. Boil for about 5 minutes then turn off the heat and remove rose petals. When rice is cooked, add the almond milk and slowly cook on low heat for another 5 minutes, fold in 1/2 cup of shredded coconut. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
