Simply add everything to a medium saucepan and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Then use a milk frother or blender to blend it all together.
3 tbs. coconut flour
1 ½ cup coconut milk
½ cup water
1 apple chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tbs. almond butter

In a small sauce pan on medium heat, combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, LivaLatte mix, milk and water together. Once the mixture is warm and well-combined, pour into a bowl. In a second pan on medium-high heat, sautee the apples with the cinnamon and coconut oil. Cook until soft, approx. 5 minutes. Add the apple mixture to the coconut porridge. Top with almond butter and honey.
