Hibiscus is good for the circulatory system, especially for supporting heart function. Use Hearty-Hibiscus either as a tea or added directly to juice or smoothies. Traditionally, drinks of hibiscus have been used to support a healthy cardiovascular response for blood pressure and far more.

Raw, wild African pulverized hibiscus flowers
INGREDIENTS ⬇️
*7oz unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into small cubes
*3½oz sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
*10½oz plain flour, sifted, plus extra for dusting
*2-4 tsps of Hibiscus Tea
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 285°F. Run together cubes of butter and sifted plain flour in a bowl, using your fingertips. Stir in sugar and tea powder to bread crumb-like mixture and form into a ball of dough (add a tad of milk If needed). Roll out dough and use a cutter of your choice to cut unto rounds. Bake for 15-20 mins!
