    How to Take
    Dissolve 1 teaspoon in lukewarm water at least two hours before or after taking Oreganol or OregaResp P73. Best to take at bedtime. FOR PETS*: Use just a pinch (1/16th of a teaspoon) for small animals and up to a ¼ teaspoon for animals over 50 pounds on their food. *The instructions and dosages recommended are based only on the ingredients used in North American Herb & Spice pet friendly products. Substitutes has proven dangerous, especially oregano products.
