AshwaMilk Power-Force Infusion
1 cup nut milk or milk of your choice
1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp.AshwaMilk
1/2 tsp. organic butter or coconut fat 1 tsp.
raw honey (optional)
On medium heat bring mixture of milk and AshwaMilk to a simmer. Continue simmering on low heat for three minutes stirring occasionally. Mixes best with a wire whip. When done, add fat, sweeten as desired, and serve.
AshwaMilk Smoothie Bowl
50g cashew nuts soaked in warm water for 1/2 hour
1 chopped dried fig or date for sweetness, or sub with maple syrup (optional)
1-2 teaspoons AshwaMilk powder
1 cup plant based milk
Fresh fruit toppings according to your taste
Blend the cashews, don’t worry if you can’t soak them as it will still work, it just won’t be quite as smooth, but still yummy. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. serve and add your toppings.
1TSP activated pearl infused pink coconut butter
1C unsweetened vanilla macadamia mylk
CBD honey to taste
Organic dried rosebuds
Whisk AshwaMilk, butter, milk, and honey together. Chop off the ends of the beets. Next, heat the beets with the milk mixture until it starts bubbling at which point you can strain and serve in vessel of choice. Top with rosebuds!
Oat Milk Drink
1 cup oat milk
1 teaspoon AshwaMilk powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
Heat the milk in a pan with the AshwaMilk (and sweetener, if you like a sweeter taste). Whisk and serve when hot.
1/2 teaspoon of Ashwamilk
1 1/2 tablespoons of raw butter or cream
2 raw eggs
8oz of raw milk
1 teaspoon of unheated honey
Optional: dash of #cinnamon
Choco Fudge Chia Pot
Warming Berries Bowl
Combine oats with AshwaMilk, boiling water & a splash of oat milk. Mix together & cover the bowl with a tea towel until oats are nice & creamy. Top with oat yogurt warmed berries and nuts or seeds of choice.
Alternative Hot Chocolate
1 cup nut milk
1 tsp Ashwamilk
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom
Add all the ingredients in a pot on medium heat. Use a whisk to mix well and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour the hot chocolate through a strainer into your mug. Top off with whip cream (optional).
AshwaMilk Strawberry Mint Smoothie
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
10 oz frozen strawberries
1 tsp Ashwamilk
A handful of fresh mint (~12 leaves)
1 TB honey
Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend and enjoy!
